It usually takes 1–2 months with stock fabrics and 2–3 months with custom fabrics. Delivery time is estimated from the time we start to finish production. And importantly, the duration of the order also depends on the quantity and complexity of the process. We provide our customers with strict quality-controlled goods without exemption according to Bolun Apparel quality standards. Once the customized goods have been shipped, we do not accept refunds or returns.

You can make any changes to the garments as long as the order is with us; once it is shipped, we can still make the changes, but you will have to pay for the shipment and re-shipment of the garments.

We offer different delivery options to suit your budget or requirements. We use DHL, FedEx, UPS, or other trusted freight forwarders to ship the sample by air. For bulk orders weighing above 100 kg (500 pieces), we ship by air or sea to certain countries. Do note that delivery time varies by delivery location, and sea freight takes longer than air freight for delivery.
