SUBMIT DETAILED DESIGN

Send us your designs, along with all the major and minor details you feel are essential, such as tech packs, high-resolution reference images in different views, or sketches; files for print, embroidery, notions, and packaging must be in vector file format with dimensions stated; a size chart of garment measurements for each design; and your logos in vector file format like AI, PSD, EPS, SVG, or PDF; etc. Please also specify your ordering quantity for accurate quotes.
 
It doesn’t matter if you don’t have a tech pack. We can draft and design one for you. The tech pack will contain technical information, details, and instructions that will be sent to the factories.

PRECISE QUOTE & SOURCING

Once we receive your submission, we will work out and send you a custom price estimate for your project. After confirming the price, we will require you to send us samples for fitting and sizing references. Then, we source suitable fabrics and trims for your designs and send them to you for selection.

SAMPLE DEVELOPMENT

We will send the tech pack to you for your confirmation before starting on the samples. Do note that, as everything is made from scratch, it usually takes two rounds of sample confirmation to get all the details right and ready for bulk production.

BULK PRODUCTION

Once you are satisfied with the samples, we will kick-start bulk production after we receive your approved samples and down payment. We will provide you with pictures and videos of your products that are in process to keep you updated. You can also track your order at any time by contacting our customer support.

QUALITY CHECKS & CONTROL

After the mass production is finished, our QC team will check the products to make sure there are no problems. If there is, we will repair any issues before the product is sent to the packaging department.

PACKING & SHIPPING

Finally, we will pack and arrange to ship the product to you. At this stage, a final payment for the balance and shipping is required before we ship your product.

It usually takes 1–2 months with stock fabrics and 2–3 months with custom fabrics. Delivery time is estimated from the time we start to finish production. And importantly, the duration of the order also depends on the quantity and complexity of the process. We provide our customers with strict quality-controlled goods without exemption according to Bolun Apparel quality standards. Once the customized goods have been shipped, we do not accept refunds or returns.

So you can contact us to learn about the actual production, ask for pictures, schedule a video conference, or visit our website. You can make any changes to the garments as long as the order is with us; once it is shipped, we can still make the changes, but you will have to pay for the shipment and re-shipment of the garments.

We offer different delivery options to suit your budget or requirements. We use DHL, FedEx, UPS, or other trusted freight forwarders to ship the sample by air. For bulk orders weighing above 100 kg (500 pieces), we ship by air or sea to certain countries. Do note that delivery time varies by delivery location, and sea freight takes longer than air freight for delivery.
